On February 18, AGE was invited to present Laurel during a workshop as part of the Life Magister Erasmus+ project at the Sint Vincentius residential care center in Kortrijk. This initiative brought together healthcare professionals to explore the expertise and skills needed to enhance the quality of care for older adults.

The focus group included professionals from the care sector, including home care, residential care, primary care, and research, fostering a multidisciplinary exchange of knowledge. Participants came from diverse organisations, including:
- Sint Vincentius Residential Care Group
- Home Nursing and Family Assistance
- AZ Groeninge
- Primary Care Zone Kortrijk-Kuurne-Harelbeke
- RHIZO Care Power School
- VIVES Kortrijk-Ypres-Bruges Graduate Nursing
Among other entities from Italy and Poland
Together, we reflected on a self-assessment tool that is being designed in the Life Magister project for care providers to reflect on and strengthen their skills.
💡 A huge thank you to all participants for their valuable insights and we hope to see many of them part of the Laurel community!
